本活動由教育部主辦，國立臺東女子高級中學與國立海洋科技博物館承辦全國海洋美學夏令營活動。活動參與者由全國高中職具美術潛能學生為對象，本計畫融入海洋教育議題與美感教育為主軸，結合五大海洋教育主題，涵蓋多元活動課程，以「海洋體驗」與「美學創作」形式進行。
聚焦賞析：
透過東海岸夏令營體驗與藝術實作課程，跨校培育具美術潛能學生。藉由在地文化工作坊課程體驗，導引熱愛海洋情懷與增進探索海洋知識的興趣。培養學生體驗人文、鄉土情感及深耕島嶼文化意涵，並藉以將感受帶入藝術創作。
This event is presented by the Ministry of Education and organized by the National Taitung Girls' Senior High School and National Museum of Marine Science and Technology. The participants are senior high/vocational school students with artistic potential from all over Taiwan. The event incorporates issues related to marine and art education and combines five major topics of marine education to offer participants various classes that allow them to experience the ocean firsthand and create art.
Focus：Via the eastern coastline summer camp as well as practical classes in art, the event aims to cultivate students with artistic potential from different schools. Also, by attending classes organized by local workshops, students are motivated to love and better know the sea. The ultimate goal of this summer camp is to offer participating students a chance to experience the local culture as well as having the island culture deep-rooted in them so that they may incorporate what they have felt into the artworks they created.
