National Taiwan Arts Education Center is subordinated to Ministry of Education,It was the very first public arts education center in Taiwan and is also a government organization dedicated to promoting “arts education.” The Center provides guidance for arts education in schools and works in accordance with Ministry of Education policies to foster the development and implementation of arts education at all levels. Through various national student art competitions and diverse promotional activities, the Center collaborates with schools at all levels to enrich students’ aesthetic experiences. It serves as a hub for school arts education. The Center is located in Nanhai Cultural Park, which features rich natural scenery and cultural heritage. It was built in the 1950s in the post-war Chinese Classical style. The main buildings include Nanhai Theater and Nanhai Academy, with Nanhai Art Plaza in the surrounding area. These facilities provide spaces for schools to showcase their arts education achievements and host various arts learning activities. The Center is a nurturing hub for aesthetic experiences.
