Vitalon Social Welfare and Charitable Foundation has long been making great efforts to promote the development of Children’s art, and in this way it has earned support from teachers and parents nationwide. Each year, tens of thousands of paintings are submitted for this event and it has become one the largest painting competition in Taiwan. This year marks its 20th anniversary and the theme of the competition is “Decide to Be Happy, Happiness is Powerful”, in the hopes that children will paint for their happiness in their everyday life.
Focus：Revealing energies of happiness through every bit of experience gained in life, the younger generation displays creativity and innovation that are typical of them, discovering that happiness is always around them, in their daily life.
