The MOE Literature and Arts Creation Awards by MOE has more than 36 years of history since its establishment in the 1980s. It is the art creation related award with the longest history in Taiwan. People with teacher or student status are qualified to submit their works and apply for the award. The purposes of this award are to encourage both teachers and students to create artworks and provide a platform for the exchange of ideas about cultural and artistic creations.
