Happiness is about love and care coming from the heart! Continuing “Fun Heart Film Festival” of 2008 and “Touch Heart Phantom Carnival Film Festival” of 2009, our National Taiwan Arts Education Center specially produces “Nanhai Happiness Film Festival” which concerns cherishing the land and the caring life in 2010. We also schedule the four themes of “Green Fashion,” “Exploration of Search for Root,” “Unlimited Joy and Happiness,” and “Priceless Family Bond” and choose 16 films to lead people to widen their vision and experience of the essence of happiness through the events of the film festival.
Focus：Events include: “Images Education Workshop,” “Film Watching,” and “Discussion after Film Watching” — which guide the public and school teachers and students to understand films and to explore the fun and secrets of music and image world.
