The two students from Department of Traditional Music, Taipei National University of the Arts, presents wonderful and diverse music of the traditional musical instrument “pipa” (a plucked string instrument with a fretted fingerboard). The performaning repertoire includes: classical pipa reprise, Mozart, Bach, and other Western classical music as well as familiar poppular music. The two performers uses two pipas to play. But how can they play to express various styles of music? Please wait and see!
Focus：This performance covering many kinds and styles of music is going to show what the pipa instrument can do to reach its best. Breaking the stereostyle image of traditional pipa music, the show will bring a different new experience.
