In the story, the childhood playmates, Lichao, Kaluo, and Xianda, are separated due to the flood damage caused by a typhoon. After that disaster, each of them has his or her own individual story. The story also involves another person, Aniki, a pirate radio presenter, who pursues her love bravely. Twenty years later, they all meet together and a severe typhoon, which has the same name as the one which hit them twenty years ago, attacks them again. Now Lichao, Kaluo, and Xianda use their combined strength to face the problem together.
