Do your Center’s volunteers must accept fixed shifts?

Our Center has a very limited manpower and fixed-shift system is adopted for volunteers. If absence from duty is foreseen, please find a substitute volunteer in advance. If no substitute volunteer is available, please contact the respective squad leader for assistance.
