Nanhai Theater

Eligibility for leasing applications:The following entities are eligible to make leasing applications to the Center: government agencies, public schools, registered private schools, and registered private groups, or adult citizens of the Republic of China, for the purpose of holding activities limited to music, dance, theater, drama, folk skills, movies, variety shows and related art education.
Application process:
  1. First, inquiry about the application deadline.
  2. Second, submission of the required application form and supporting documents.
  3. Next, waiting for review and approval of the application.
  4. Finally, schedule arrangement by the Center.
Application timing:On a yearly basis, applications are accepted in March for events held between January and June in the following year; and in September for events held between July and December in the following year. The acceptance period is one month, subject to any update made for the subject period.
Review results: Applicants are notified of their application results by mid-May of the application year for events held between January and June in the following year; and by mid-November of the application year for events held between July and December in the following year.

Multifunctional rehearsal room

Eligibility for leasing applications: Leasing applications are accepted at the Center from citizens of the Republic of China, Chinese living overseas, as well as domestic public and private institutions, groups, schools, and government agencies at all levels. However, an applicant who applies as a Chinese living overseas should be represented by his/her local agent in Taiwan.
Application process:
  1. First, inquiry about the application deadline.
  2. Second, submission of the required application form and supporting documents.
  3. Next, waiting for review and approval of the application.
  4. Finally, schedule arrangement by the Center.
Application timing:Applications to lease a venue of the Center must be submitted to the Center along with a complete application one month prior to the date of using the venue.
Review results: The Center is to handle the application review. Once an application is approved, the Center is to arrange the activity schedules and post the arranged schedules on the Center’s website. Applicants will be informed of their matters accordingly.
