Mr. Wu-Tzanq Liaw explores the artistic and cultural features of Taiwan and Canada from a new perspective and integrates the humanity and cultural elements of both nations. Excelling at design and painting, Mr. Liaw displays a coordinated and blended style that goes between “clear expression” in an intellectual way and “strong and powerful expression” in a sentimental way. He attaches great importance to the composition’s structure and creates paintings of meticulous design in beautiful, bright colors.
Focus： Most of the exhibited works are oils. The inspiration for Mr. Liaw’s creations comes from the unique natural landscapes and diverse humanistic, cultural and artistic elements in Taiwan and Canada. With his well-coordinated style of “meticulous style and freestyle", Mr. Liaw’s paintings display the beauty of the unique cultural images of the two nations.
