為增進學生美術創作素養，培養國民美術鑑賞能力並落實學校美術教育，特舉辦全國學生美術比賽，本年度為第69屆。共分七大類別，包括：國小組-繪畫、書法、平面設計、漫畫、水墨畫、版畫；國中組、高中（職）組及大專組-西畫、書法、平面設計、漫畫、水墨畫、版畫。自國小至大專共計55組。
聚焦賞析：展出109學年度全國學生美術比賽特優得獎作品。
In order to enhance student's capacity for art creation, to cultivate citizens’ ability to appreciate and to put into effect school art education, the Ministry of Education has organized the National Student Art Competition. The 69th National Student Art Competition is divided into seven categories: elementary school section - painting, calligraphy, graphic design, comics, ink painting and prints; junior and senior high school (including vocational school) plus college section - western style painting, calligraphy, graphic design, comics, ink painting and prints. From elementary school to college, there are up to a total of 55 groups.
Focus：The premium works are exhibited in national student art competition prized works exhibition of Academic Year of 2020.
