本會長期以來以培育身心障礙藝術創作者，創造展示舞台讓身障藝術家有展現自我；即將邁向第十八屆的藝術巔峰，藉由系列活動讓身心障礙藝術表現形式更多元，讓身心障礙者藝術創作者有自在揮灑的空間，也讓社會大眾認同
The China Professional Skills Association for the Handicapped has cultivated artists with mental/physical disabilities, offering them a stage on which to show their work to the world. This year marks the 18th anniversary of the International Art Fair, and the association intends via this exhibition to expand the art forms created by artists with mental/physical disabilities. With this exhibition, the artists have a space for art creation while having their works recognized by the public.
