新北市藝術教育深耕協會是一群由現職及退休的校長、主任、老師們組成。本次展出的作品全是用剪刀剪出的作品，以海洋奇想作為主題，創作出未知海洋中的生物，每位作者都深具自己創作風格，件件充滿想像力，值得您欣賞。
The New Taipei City Arts Education Development Association is organized by a group of current and retired principals, directors, and teachers. The art works in this exhibition, which present a theme of ocean fantasy and innovative “unknown” ocean creatures, are all created by scissor cutting. Each artist has his/her own style of art creation, and each art work is full of imagination that is worth being viewed.
