藉由此活動提供對粉彩愛好者ㄧ個互相切磋，學習的機會，帶動粉彩畫，在臺灣發芽茁壯。凡年滿18歲，皆可報名參加。建立公開的機制，打造ㄧ個比賽的平臺，來鼓勵粉彩畫的愛好者，也讓大眾有一個欣賞的機會。
This event provides an opportunity for pastel enthusiasts to share knowledge and encourage the growth of pastel painting in Taiwan. It is open to anybody above the age of eighteen. We establish an open mechanism and a competition platform in order to inspire admirers of pastel paintings and provide the general public with an opportunity to enjoy them.
