「五榕」乃臺藝大榮譽教授蘇峯男老師之堂號，追隨者僭用以為畫會名。此次展出，雖師出同門，趨捨各異，風貌多元，山水、花鳥、走獸、人物，或寫意，或工細，皆韻含遠意，傳承中多所創新。五榕畫會祈能藉藝教館展出，俾蒙各界鼓勵，冀能更上層樓，帶動風氣。
“Wurong” is the hall name of Honorary Professor Su Feng-nan of the National Taiwan University of Arts. His followers have respectfully adopted it as the name of their painting association. In this exhibition, although the artists all come from the same school, their choices and approaches differ, resulting in a rich diversity of styles. The works include landscapes, flowers and birds, animals, and figures; some are created in freehand brushwork, others in meticulous detail. All are imbued with profound artistic resonance, blending tradition with innovation. Through this exhibition at the National Taiwan Arts Education Center, the Wu Rong Painting Association hopes to receive encouragement from all sectors, aspiring to reach new heights and to help inspire the artistic community.
