作者伊將‧卡達得伴 （I-Jiang ‧Kadadepan）來自台東知本部落的卑南族，創作內容以原住民相關之人、事、物乃至於神話故事為題材，其精心創作栩栩如生的銅雕作品中之「蘭嶼風情」，是以父母與小孩為刻劃對象，並將原住民與生俱來的善良與熱情表現得淋漓盡致；而「勇士的落寞」則聚焦於原住民勇士臉部的表情，來凸顯出在面對時代快速變遷下，內心油燃而生的恐懼與無奈。
另特別以卑南族神話故事為題材的「射馬干‧人鹿之戀」銅雕作品曾榮獲「全國原藝之美競賽」第一名殊榮，其巧妙地將原住民神話傳說融入銅雕藝術裡，吸引在場的評審與來賓的眼光。

The artist I-Jiang Kadadepan comes from aboriginal Puyuma tribe of Jhihben Community in Taitung. In his art works, the subjects are aboriginal people, things and matters and mythological stories. Among all his works, the elaborate and true-to-life bronze sculpture "Expression of Orchid Island" is the work portraying children and parents and conveying aboriginals' innate kindness and passion vividly. The work "Loneliness of Brave Warrior" is to focus on an aboriginal hero's facial expression – manifesting his inner fear, hopelessness and helplessness while facing rapid transformation of times.
The bronze sculpture, "Romance between Human and Deer in Kasavakan," which deals with Puyuma mythological stories once won the first prize in the "Nationwide Aboriginal Art Competition." In this work appealing to judges and guests, aboriginal mythology is ingeniously brought into bronze art.
