第二屆全國原住民族兒童繪畫創作比賽得獎作品展由行政院原住民族委員會主辦，中華民國兒童美術教育學會承辦，國立臺灣藝術教育館協辦，於11月26日至12月28日在國立臺灣藝術教育館南海藝廊小天壇展場展出。
本次活動藉由原住民兒童體驗、理解自身文化，以繪畫方式表現出本身原住民文化特色，不僅獲得創作樂趣，並強化了原住民文化的了解與傳承。展出內容涵蓋多樣化的原民文化景觀、自然景觀、傳統祭典和文化活動。主辦單位透過展覽活動，期盼社會大眾更了解尊重原住民文化。
　
The 2nd Exhibition for Winners' Works of Nationwide Children's Painting Competition, sponsored by Council of Indigenous People, Executive Yuan, organized by R.O.C. Association of Children Education and co-organized by National Taiwan Arts Education Center will be exhibited at Xiaotiantan Theatre, Nanhai Art Gallery, National Taiwan Arts Education Center from 26 November to 28 December.
This time, aboriginal children's experience is disclosed to realize their own culture. Pictorial approaches are adopted to convey aboriginal cultural features. Not only can such an arrangement help children gain great fun while proceeding with paintings, but also it can strengthen understanding and heritage in aboriginal culture. The exhibition includes diverse contents such as aboriginal cultural outlook, natural landscape, traditional rituals and ceremonies and cultural activities. Through the exhibition, the sponsorship organization expects that the public can understand and respect aboriginal culture.
