內政部警政署國畫社成立已逾3年，社員們從顫抖著抹下第一筆線條的窘迫，到豪放揮灑大塊色彩的滿滿自信，將水、墨與彩，在不同比例的巧妙運用下，融合想像，展現不同的形象與意境之美。曾盈齊老師的殷殷指導與鼓勵，是本展最大動力，藉與同好共同欣賞傳統藝術文化之美，則是本聯展主要目的。
聚焦賞析：將生活所見、所知、所想，運用拓印、漬墨、潑、灑等方式進行創作，達到層疊之肌理筆意。作品用色大膽鮮明，舉凡潑墨山水、寫意荷塘、古樸農舍，開創出屬於個人風格之獨特符號。
　
The National Police Agency’s Chinese Painting Club has been established for over three years. From the hesitant, quivering first strokes to confident and heroic brushmarks, the members have skillfully used the different mixes of water, ink and colors, in combination with their imagination to express the beauty of different images and artistic conceptions. The passionate guidance and encouragement of Mr. Zeng Ying-Ji is the greatest impetus for this exhibition, and it is the major objective of this exhibition to share their appreciation of the beauty of traditional arts and culture.
Focus：Express what we see, what we know and what we think by means of rubbing, steeped ink, splashing, sprinkling, etc., and achieve the charm of smooth-textured strokes. . The works are bold and bright, expressing the unique symbols of individual styles in ink-and-wash landscapes, abstract lotus pond, nostalgic farmhouse scenes, etc.
