紅燈塔、湛藍海，是海港鮮明美麗的特色。財團法人陽明海運文化基金會自2006年起，辦理國際兒童繪畫比賽，受到國內、外熱愛繪畫兒童的支持。以「海港風情、水岸家鄉」的主題，兒童透過觀察，描繪出各國多樣的海岸、河流與漁港風光，促使其探索海洋的奧妙與關懷，建立海洋藝術永續發展的基礎。
聚焦賞析：鼓勵兒童藉由藝術創作，觀察、發現海洋及家鄉水岸之美，並用畫作表達對全球海洋暖化的關懷，開啟兒童對海洋世界的新視野。
　
The red lighthouse and blue ocean are the vivid and beautiful characteristics of the harbor. Yang Ming Cultural Foundation has held the International Children’s Painting Competition since 2006, which is well-supported by both local and overseas children who love painting. With the theme of “Harbor Feel, Coastal Home”, children portrayed various coastlines, rivers and fishing-port scenery through their observations. This has facilitated their exploration of the secrets of, and respect for, the ocean, and hence built a foundation for sustainable development of the ocean arts.
Focus：Children are encouraged to observe and discover the beauty of the ocean and the coastline of their homeland through artistic creation. Children may also express their concern over global ocean warming through painting, so that a new vision of the oceanic world opens up for them.
