粉彩色料在顯微鏡下，宛如被切割的鑽石,晶瑩璀璨，光彩四射，令人著迷。當今世上，還沒有一種繪畫顏料，能像粉彩這麽恆久不變。期望邀集愛好粉彩藝術者，共同開拓這塊尚未普及的藝術園地，讓粉彩藝術在臺灣發揚光大。
聚焦賞析：每一張作品都是透過思考，以自己獨特的方式，透過粉彩的彩筆，利用繪畫語言表達出來，因為是會員聯展，更可欣賞到不同風格的作品。
　
Under the telescope, pastels are like crystal and dazzling diamonds – glittering and mesmerizing. There are no other paintings in the world that could last as long as pastels. We hope to invite all pastel-art artists to cultivate this not-yet-so-popular art garden so that pastel art may shine in Taiwan.
Focus：Each and every painting is done in pastels in its own unique style and thoughts and is expressed through the language of painting. Because it’s a member’s joint exhibition, the audience is able to enjoy paintings of different styles in one exhibition.
