頒獎典禮 2013年10月05日 14:00，於南海劇場舉行。
聚焦賞析：「又大又紅的芒果，讓人垂涎三尺，水果味、香皂味的泡泡們都到哪兒去呢？」展出適合3-12歲兒童閱讀之原創性圖畫書佳作以上原畫作品，留駐學生最珍貴的生活體驗與想像。
　
It is a real innocent and unrestrained affection to allow students to paint and create stories to complete unique and imaginative picture-story books. In the passionate summer 2013, we wander in cities and countries with the magicians who love to tell stories to discover little affections in life, and share these stories with you with magic paint brushes.
The Award Ceremony will be held at Nan-Hei Theater at 02:00pm on Saturday, October 5th, 2013.
