由中華文化總會策劃，於臺北城南包括：中華文化總會、本館及南海藝廊等8個展館及街區空間為主要結點，以漢字當代藝術為主題，探討有關漢字書寫情境、閱聽載體、文本敘事等，融入「城南」的地區書寫，透過街道散步與立體化展演(書法店招、雲端共寫、詩人朗讀APP等)，打造具歷史及文化特色的藝術場域。  聚焦賞析：本展區展題《某人曾說……》由陳嘉壬(打開-當代藝術工作站)策劃，透過不具名者的轉述法，將歷史文獻、口傳軼事等多樣性文本，重新演繹與創生新的訊息，並藉由當代藝術的裝置手法延展其論域。
　
Organized by the General Association of Chinese Culture and held in the southern area of Taipei City, including: 8 exhibition halls in the General Association of Chinese Culture, the center and the Nan-Hai Art Gallery of the National Taipei University of Education and art space on the streets. The exhibitions used modern art of Chinese characters as them and are held to explore the Chinese characters and the Chinese language. Incorporated with the Chinese calligraphy unique to the Chen-Nan (southern area) area, the exhibitions are displayed on the streets and in 3-dimentional method to allow people to enjoy the art of Chinese characters, the history of the area as well as a dialogue with the space.
Focus：The theme of the exhibition is “One has said that…” organized by Chen Jia-Ren (Open Up - Contemporary Art Workshop), through reported speech by “someone else”, the historic literature, and anecdotes passed down orally are re-interpreted through the modern art installation.
