「那些用心煉成的詩言詞語，輕輕竄入季節的青草色裡，將平日與夢囈的交談，眼神流轉與心中一顫的情感，切碎、重組，串成自由色的字鍊；晾晒在緋紅牌樓的畫布上。」為鼓勵學校師生(含兼任及退休教師)創作，提供文藝創作交流平臺，期能激發更多動人的文藝作品分享。本獎自民國70年起，持續舉辦，為國內歷史最悠久的文藝創作獎項。
聚焦賞析：今(104)年徵選項目包括：教師組、學生組之傳統戲劇劇本、短篇小說、散文、古典詩詞；以及教師組童話項。
The MOE Literature and Arts Creation Awards by MOE has more than 33 years of history since its establishment in the 1980s. It is the art creation related award with the longest history in Taiwan. People with teacher or student status are qualified to submit their works and apply for the award. The purposes of this award are to encourage both teachers and students to create artworks and provide a platform for the exchange of ideas about cultural and artistic creations.
Focus：The categories open for submission are: traditional drama scripts, short novels, essays and poems by teachers and students; and fairy tales created by teachers.
