「藝術無止境」廖賜福老師從事水墨創作及教學已經40多年，民國100年、103年榮幸獲邀至東歐波蘭多個城市及博物館舉辦個人特展，深受各方好評，除了推展水墨藝術，亦成功的完成文化外交。廖老師有鑑於近年學習水墨畫者，急於表現而捨棄基本功夫的紮實訓練，遂致力於山水畫的教學及推展，以期教學相長，更上層樓，以達真善完美之境。

“Art has no end.” Tzu-Fu Liao has indulged in ink-colour painting for over 40 years. At year 2011 and 2014 was honoured to be invited to a few cities and museum in Portland and East Europe to hold up his solo exhibition, receiving praises. Mr Liao pushes through the ink-colour painting art and successfully activating the cultural interactions. Besides, Liao observes the current phenomenon that young starters of ink-colour painting are eager to prosper and lack of basic fundamental training, therefore he turns to teaching and advocating the essence of ink-colour painting, hoping through education and advocating to disseminate the perfect and moral state of arts.
