中華攝影教育學會舉辦全國學生攝影比賽與全國學生攝影比賽得獎作品巡迴展行之有年；每年舉辦全國學生攝影比賽目的是，推廣與提升攝影教育水準。舉辦中華攝影教育學會全國學生攝影比賽得獎作品展覽，目的是促進學校學生攝影藝術提升與增進社區地方攝影藝術活動，促進學界與社會藝術文化水平的提升。
Members of the Chinese Society for Photographic Education have been holding its Student Photography Contest & Student Photography Contest of Taiwan Winners’ Exhibition for years; the purpose of this contest is to promote and improve photographic education in Taiwan. The aim of this exhibition is to improve students’ photography skills as well as facilitating communities to participate in photography activities so that the arts cultivation of both academia and society are improved.
