由教育部國民及學前教育署主辦，臺東女中、基隆海事、彰化女中、鳳山高中承辦的海洋美學夏令營活動，以高級中等學校具美術潛能之學生為對象，藉由海洋體驗與海洋議題藝術創作，引導學生親海、近海而知海愛海，培育海洋子民，也啟發孩子的藝術創作天份。
聚焦賞析：藉由參與式之海洋體驗活動，讓學生認識海洋、親近海洋，學習珍惜與善用海洋資源，活動產出作品以推展海洋美學為主軸，並融入「環保」、「科技」、「文創」等創作元素，透過了解海洋文化、人文風情、地方特色，增廣海洋視野。
Targeting senior / junior high school students with art potentials, the objectives of this activity are to guide students to get to know ocean, and to love ocean through ocean-related activities and creating ocean-themed art pieces. The ultimate goal is to nurture them to become people of sea and inspire their art potentials.
Focus│ By participating in ocean-related activities, students will get to know ocean, become friendly to it and ultimately appreciate and make the best use of the oceanic resources. The art pieces created during the activity are for promoting ocean aesthetics that incorporate with elements like “environmental protection”, “technologies” and “cultural and creative“. Hopefully, it helps broaden participants’ horizon about the ocean through understanding ocean culture, and relevant customs and culture as well as the local characters.
