「文化河流文資串流－淡水河區域歷史紋理與文化資產保存計畫」之執行核心為推動文化資產之保存，透過教學進行人才培育，達到工藝推廣與技術保存之目的，落實大學社會責任之實踐，促使大眾認識傳統工藝的文化與價值。
