中華畫筌美術協會承續「畫筌」之隱喻匯聚書畫精英於一堂。本著關愛與學習，以弘揚中華文化、美術為基礎、提升美學素養及美術知能，使生活藝術化，藝術生活化。今年更廣邀各地書畫精英會員齊聚一堂，展出一年來的努力成果。
Huaquan Art Association continues the metaphorical meaning of “Huaquan”, which is to gather all elite calligraphers. Based on our core values – caring and learning, we aim to spread Chinese culture and arts and improve our aesthetic sense and overall artistic abilities, to achieve the goal of everyday life in art, and art in everyday life.
