「新巴洛克主義」繪畫藝術的源起，是藉由西方巴洛克繪畫技術，以及人體雕塑融入於繪畫中，又藉由東方美學的山水構成，將人體的肌肉比擬如山水的皴法，因而此次的創作展，主要在展現中西美學相互融合的可能表現。
The "New Baroque" style of painting is based on combining western Baroque-style painting skills with the concepts of human sculpture. Furthermore, via the structure of landscape paintings unique in eastern aesthetics, human muscles are compared to cunfa, texture strokes used in landscape paintings. In this exhibition, western and eastern aesthetics are integrated to demonstrate how they can work together.
