Covid-19是全球性的流行病，也是人類的浩劫。從2019年12月開始，迄今仍然肆虐全球，在中國的12生肖中，2019年是豬年，2020年是鼠年、2021年是牛年，所以畫家徐淑雅以詼諧的方式畫出了戴了口罩的豬、老鼠及紐約的金牛，來論述這三年來她所觀察到的人事物…..
這些所看的物件就像人的臉孔，有眼睛、 鼻子、嘴巴，看起來可以集結成一本書了！故稱此次的個展為《疫起看臉書系列》。
Covid-19 is pandemic all over the world, it’s also a disaster. From 2019 till now, it’s still prevalent worldwide. In Chinese Zodiac, 2019 is Pig Year; 2020,Rat Year; 2021,Ox Year. Therefore, the female artist Shu-ya Hsu paints the pig ,the rat, the ox wearing face masks to state her observations about the people, items, buildings, nature etc.. during these three years.
Those scenes she sees look like human faces, in which there are eyes, noses and mouths. Actually, those faces can be collected to edit a book. Therefore, the title is called ‘’Facebooks during Pandemic Covid -19''.
