藝教館推廣藝術研習多年，透過藝術研習班推動美感教育，希望藉由人民實際的參與，增進國民藝術認知與技能，本次展覽為西畫類：油畫及城市速寫，在藝教館第3展覽廳展出學員們藝術研習學習成果，藉此引起國民學習興趣，參與本館藝術研習課程。
The National Taiwan Arts Education Center has been promoting art classes for many years. Through art classes, the Center promotes aesthetic education in the hope that people's practical participation will enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of art. This exhibition is about western painting: oil painting and city sketching. The results of the students' art classes are presented in Hall 3 of the National Taiwan Arts Education Center in order to arouse the interest of the public to participate in the Center's art classes.
