三帚畫會係鄭月波教授於民國七十六年倡導創立，取名三帚乃是為期勉畫會同仁，以畫筆為掃帚而來。
該會現有會員二十四位，多為鄭教授之門生，雖誼屬同門，藝術風貌卻各有擅專，且不乏藝術界知名之士，繪畫題材有山水、人物、花卉、翎毛、指畫、書法等等，內容豐富，變化良多，故本次展出之作品，可謂多采多姿，創新而具有特色。
注入一股新血的三帚，增加了多元的活力且打破一般人對於書畫藝術故有的觀念，歡迎愛好者加入他們的行列，同時也期待各位前來參觀並不吝批評指教。

Three-Broom Painting & Calligraphy Institute, found by Professor Zheng Yue-Po in 1987, is named for Three-Broom that mean to encourage fellow workers to use painting pens like the broom.
The Institute has 24members most of whom are Professor Zheng's disciples. Although they are from the same teacher, each of them has diverse artistic style and features. And some of them are famous in the art circle. The painting's subject matters contain natural scenery, figures, flowers and plants, plumes, finger paintings, and calligraphy. With abundant and changeable contents, the works in this exhibition are colourful and varied, innovative and with distinguishing features.
Three-Broom, with a new life, adds diverse vitality, and break the inherent concept to painting and calligraphy arts. Lovers are welcome to join their team, and meanwhile, everyone is expected to come and give advise.
