意象之旅~張俊傑彩墨創作展

本館前館長張俊傑先生,從事藝術教育和書畫創作四十餘年,為國內知名的藝術教育家和書畫家之一,曾舉行個展十一次,聯展百餘次,此次應邀回館展覽,藉祝五十年館慶。
張前館長的繪畫藝術可分四個時期,1956至1970年間,是深入傳統表現自然印象時期;1971至1989年間,是爰書入畫引西潤中時期;1990至1997年間,為濃墨重彩和潑墨潑彩自然生命表現時期;1998至今,透過音樂性、寓言性、象徵性和抽象性,敘寫對宇宙人生的意象。藝術創作本是作者內心意象的表達,從作者表現即可看出作者心中意象的深度和廣度,以及其演變發展的情形,所以本次展覽用「意象之旅」為主題。
此次彩墨創作展,內容以近年新作為主,過去代表性舊作和書法為輔。從展出作品中,可以看出張先生創作發展的風貌和歷程,及從創作意涵底蘊中,看出其已意、新意、創意和寓意的情形,以及深入傳統走向現代,立足東方面向世界的繪畫觀。中華文化中生活哲學的概念,是他作品不變與恆變的精神本質。他常說:「學海無涯,永無止境,藝術創作亦無止境。」這是他的藝術觀,也是他的人生觀。歡迎各位方家先進和各界朋友們光臨本館參觀指導。

The ex-director of this Center, Mr. Chang, Chun-Chieh who has been engaged in art education and calligraphy and painting creation more than 40 years, is one of famous art educators and artists of calligraphy and painting in Taiwan. He had held individual exhibition 11 times and co-exhibition more than 100 times. This time he is invited to exhibit in this Center in order to celebrate the 50th anniversary of this Center.
The painting art of Mr. Chang could be divided into four periods: between 1956 and 1970 is the period deepening into tradition and expressing nature and image; between 1971 and 1989 is the period using calligraphy in painting and introducing west to China; between 1990 and 1997 is the period of thick ink with heavy colour and splashed ink and colour to show nature and life; 1998 till now, via musical, fabled, symbolic and abstractive characters, he describes the image of universe and life. Art creation is an author's expression of inner image. From author's expression, we could see the depth and extent of author's image in mind, and the situation of change and development hereof, therefore, the theme of this exhibition is "The Travel of Image".
In this Chinese brush painting with colour creation exhibition, its contents are new works in recent years mainly and former represented works and calligraphy auxiliary. From the exhibited works, we can see the features and course of Mr. Chang's creation development, and from the meaning of creation content, see the situation of his intention, new idea, creation and implied meaning, as well as his view of painting deepening into tradition and moving to modern, basing himself in Orient and facing the world. The idea of life philosophy in Chinese culture is his unchangeable and changeable spiritual essence. He always said: "No end in earning so does in art creation". This is his view of art, also his view of life. Everyone is welcomed to visit and give your instructions.
