本（九十五）年度教育部文藝創作獎頒獎典禮於11月17日於教育部五樓禮堂舉行，此為文藝界年度盛會，本（九十五）年徵選項目包括有教師組：戲劇劇本、短篇小說、散文、新詩、古典詩詞、音樂作曲；學生組：戲劇劇本、短篇小說、散文、詩詞、音樂作曲。總計參賽件數達七百零一件，得獎作品六十一件，得獎人六十一名。為了讓更多的社會大眾參與，以文學提升國民素質、藝術充實心靈涵養，本年度特別於南海戶外藝廊，以彩圖輸出、圖文並茂方式展出本獎得獎作品，歡迎各界人士蒞臨觀賞。
