人物畫在我國繪畫中發展最早，現僅存湖南楚幕出土之人物帛畫。早在戰國時代遺物中，即一貫傳承了筆墨技法，古人謂：「筆以立其形質；墨以別其陰陽」。人物畫重視勾勒用筆，所謂：「曹衣出水，吳帶當風」，千古以來一直是人物畫筆法之典範。
來自各個不同階層、不同年齡，卻有共同志趣的畫友們，因秉持終生學習精神，參與本館藝術教育研習班工筆畫課程，在吳文彬老師指導下大有嶄獲，也因而成立出水當風雅集。

Figure drawing is the earliest established painting style in Chinese painting history, and the currently reserved figure painting on silk discovered in Chumu County of Hunan Province, China. In early Zhan Kuo time, it has inherited the fine technique of pen & ink drawing among the relics; so as an old saying, “pen is for establishing its outline; ink is for dividing its Yin and Yang.” Figure drawing focuses on use of pen, so as an old saying, “Cao’s Clothing as Water; Wu’s Belt as Wind”, has always been the example for figure drawing.
All painting lovers from different careers and age groups have participated our art education seminar fine brushwork painting courses under the instruction of Mr. Wu, Wen-Bin and have developed their passion in life learning and have also made progress in their painting works.
