「長遠畫藝學會」秉持以宏揚固有文化、傳承國畫藝術、團結藝壇同道、陶冶個人品格、加強藝理研究、探討藝術技能、促進社會和諧為宗旨，經十餘年之努力，迄今已有百餘位傑出人士參與，渠等分佈社會各階層：有專業、有業餘皆能在水墨畫世界裡博採精研，創作出高水準的藝術作品。更可貴的是在黃慶源理事長的領導下，經常組隊至大陸及本島名山大川進行實地實材寫生，高度提昇了畫作的意境;呈現出生氣蓬勃、默契自然、超塵拔俗的氣度，充分流露出動人的美感，歡迎各界同好蒞臨指教。
"Chang Yuan Painting Arts Association" aims to promote traditional culture, inherit Chinese painting arts, gather art lovers, refine personal characters, strengthen arts researches, discuss arts skills, and develops social harmony. After more than ten years' efforts, hundreds of excellent professionals and amateurs from different society cycles participate already in Chinese painting world and create high-level art works. More preciously, under leadership of director Huang Ching Yuan, he often gathers team and visits China and many different places in Taiwan for live painting, in order that depth of paintings can be enhanced, so they create more liveliness, natural spirits, unsuppressing atmosphere, and moving sense of beauty for everyone to appreciate.
