台日美術家聯誼會是國內少數每年與日本「全日本美術協會」舉辦國際交流展出之美術團體。此次之展覽，可以看到全日本美術協會部分重要作家之作品，亦可欣賞到國內傑出中堅畫家作品。此展屬國際性之畫展，為加強推展美術教育並讓民眾有更深一層的認識，特別安排八場導賞及四場示範教學，以配合展出之效果。
Minority of our painters of Taiwanese-Japanese Painters Association and All Japanese Art Association is a joint international interchanging exhibition art organization. This Exhibition is one of the annual ones. The audience can enjoy the works of a part important works of the members of this Association, and some distinguishing ones of our country. It is a high standard exhibition. In order to promote art education, a model painting on the spot three times is performed as to meet the result of this Exhibition.
