台北市萬芳啟能中心自民國八十六年以來，即提供中、重度及極重度身心障礙者一個美藝技能訓練的服務，藉由陶藝及繪畫的課程，以及各項心理諮商、輔導服務，來激發身心障礙朋友的美學潛能，培養他們的藝術長才。
本次展出的作品，不但可讓社會大眾一探他們的才華，更重要的是給這群身心障礙朋友們有肯定自我的機會，請給他們加油、鼓勵！
Taipei Wanfang Disabled Vocational Training Center has provided the aesthetics, art and skill training center for moderate, severe and extreme disabled since 1997, by means of pottery art and painting programs, and various mental counseling, guide service, provoke the aesthetic potentiality for the disabled and train their art ability.
The works in this exhibition not only show their talent to the public, but also allows them to be self-confident. They need to be encouraged!
