九歌畫會是一群來自國立臺灣藝術大學、台南師範大學、台北藝術大學等美術系畢業及在學的傑出青年創作者共同組成，並由李國富老師擔任指導。
這批優秀的青年，曾榮獲全國青年書畫比賽的最優首獎及無數次國際性美展的金、銀、銅獎。在藝術貴乎創作的前提下，呈現他們真實的藝術赤子之心，期待各界給予批評及指教。
Chu-go Painting Union is organized commonly by a group of outstanding youth and artist, who have graduated from such as National Taiwan University of Arts, National Tainan Teachers College (now National University of Tainan), and Taipei National University of the Arts etc. and who are now still in schools. Li Go-fu, a teacher, is serving as the instructor for them.
This group of excellent youth has honoured with the best of National Youth Students Calligraphy and Chinese Painting Contest and with the prizes as golden, sliver and copper among numerous international art exhibitions. Under that the value of art is creation as the premise, their genuine and utter innocent hearts contributed to art are going to be presented. They are looking forward to the comments from everyone.
