心墨現代水墨畫會成立於一九九九年，這是第十一屆聯展。一群由傳統走入現代的水墨畫者所組成。繪畫無論是傳統或現代，皆可與觀者對話。傳統可保留古人不朽之名作的精髓；現代又可超越時空，不斷創新，表現自我。
本會學員跟隨劉國松、李錫奇、袁金塔、劉平衡、李重重、蕭仁徵、劉國興等多位名師辛勤指導，各擁有自己的風格與面貌，希望畫壇先進，不吝批評指教，甚幸，甚幸！
Hsin Mu Modern Ink-Water Painting Club was established in 1999, organized by a group of the ink-water painters who came from the traditional and entered the modern. However, either the traditional paintings or the modern ones are able to make dialogues with the spectators. The traditional paintings maintain the famous works immortal and the modern ones can go beyond space and time. Consistently enterprising and self-distinguishing.
