鄒成，民國十六年生，江蘇武進縣人，海軍士官學校汽機科畢業，民國七十七年始習畫，以寫生實際情形構圖為主，參加數十次師生聯展，並舉行過四次個展，作品甚受大眾歡迎，擅長寫生畫，先後榮蒙沈以正、羅芳、張光賓、王南雄、盧錫?、張韻明、高義?、陳銘顯老師教授習畫，給予其不同層面的影響，現為台灣彩墨研究會及台北市水墨創作研究會會員。
Zou Cheng was born at Wujin Hsien, Jiangsu Province in 1927, graduated from Steam Engineering School of Naval Petty Officers Academy. He began to learn painting in 1988, majoring in life drawing and composition. He has taken in part of Teacher-Student United Drawing Exhibition many times, in addition to his own one-man show four times. His works has received a warm welcome. He is very good at life drawing, and much influenced by Shen Yi-zheng, Luo Fang, Zhang Guang-bin, Wang Nan-xiong, and Lu Xi-jiong. Now, he is one of members of Taiwan Color-Ink Seminar and also a member of Taipei Municipal Creative Drawing in Color-Ink Institute.
