國立臺灣藝術大學書畫藝術學系學生此次展出之作品，皆是一時嚴選，作品內容風格獨特、各異其趣，表現技法多元而豐富，不論是從東方藝術元素精神層面的傳承，到賦予東方美學思想現代情思的表現，均藉此反映當前美術教育環境時代背景。此次展出集合了水墨、書法、篆刻等承揚傳統內涵的作品約37件，顯示了每位創作者在作品表現上的細膩觀察能力和心靈層次的自發內省功夫，在多面向角度的作品中，確實展現新新世代創作者結合自我主觀意識、社會脈動與生活經驗，並企圖切入藝術創造核心，傳達令人深省與感動的精神力量。
All works presented by the students of the Dept. of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, National Taiwan University of Arts this time are the strict selections. Their works have unique styles with different interests. Their presented skills are diversified and rich, no matter from the inheritance of spiritual aspects of oriental art's elements, to the expression showing the modern thoughts with oriental esthetic thoughts they reflect the time background of current fine arts education. There are about 37 pieces of work including ink painting, calligraphy and seal cutting displaying traditional contents. They show every creator's delicate observation and voluntary introspection in interior level. In the works of multiple aspects, they actually express that creators of new century combine self-subjective consciousness, social pulse and living experiences, as well as try to enter the core of art creation to transmit the spiritual power allowing people to deeply introspect and be touched.
