本館長期開設藝術教育研習班，期望增進國民的藝術認知與技能的發展，讓終身學習的理念普及於生活中。開班迄今已歷五十二期，規劃課程類別豐富且多元，知識與技藝並重，除了本次展出的水墨書畫以外，尚有素描、水彩、油畫、中西美術賞析等課程，更包括莎翁名劇導讀、鄉土歌謠、戲曲教唱..等多面相的課程，期讓民眾有心靈成長的空間。特舉辦第五十一期藝術教育研習班聯展，分兩階段展出學員創作成果，本次聯展為第一階段，以水墨書畫為主，包括山水、人物、花鳥、書法、篆刻，第二階段則以西畫為主。作品多樣、清新可期，歡迎蒞臨觀賞指教。
Establishing this Art Education Study class, this Center aims to promote the art knowledge and the skill development of people. Let people have the idea of lifelong learning popular in their daily life. Since the beginning till now, there have been held 52 terms. The lessons are arranged abundant and various, emphasizes both in knowledge and skill. Excepting the Chinese paintings exhibited this time, there are lessons of appreciating and analyzing sketch, water color, oil painting etc.. In order to enlarge the space of peoples' mind, introduction to Shakespearean works, folk songs, drama rehearsal are also included. This Joint Exhibition is held by two periods to have the creative works of all students shown up. This time is the first period and the main works are water color, including landscapes, portraits, flowers & birds, calligraphy, seal & sculpture. The following perion will have western paintings shown up, various and refreshing.
