本館長期開設藝術教育研習班，期望增進國民的藝術認知與技能的發展，讓終身學習的理念普及於生活中，開班迄今已歷五十二期，課程規劃類別豐富且多元，知識與技藝並重，期讓民眾有心靈成長的空間。第五十一期藝教研習班西畫聯展，作品多樣、清新可期，歡迎蒞臨觀賞指教。
A long-term art education class is set up by this Center, hoping to promote the people to recognize the art and the skill development, and enable them to lead a learning life. This class has been running into the 52nd term. Arrangement and categories are abundant and diversifying. Knowledge and skill are equally emphasized, as to make the learners have growth both in the body and in mind. This Joint Exhibition expresses multiform, pure and flesh.
