三德畫會在上常下通法師慈悲護持與學員用心學習下，已邁入第三年。今人因外在環境急速惡質物化下，易焦慮不安，若藉由親近佛化藝術，將佛菩薩之相烙印在心中，也就是“憶佛、念佛、畫佛”，自會學習定力、增長智慧、見賢思齊並開啟自信光明。
三德畫會學員僅將學習之喜悅傳播與大眾，祈以畫會友，並共同推廣淨心活動。
San De Lecturing House under the kind shield and maintenance from master shang-chang-xia-tong and with the hearty leaning of the students, has stepped into its third year. People nowadays are easily to be anxious and uncomfortable under the accelerative deterioration and materialism of outer environment; Learning of composure, increasing of wisdom, emulation of those the better, and inspiration of confidence and descent would be spontaneously reached as printing of the figure of Buddha on mind by familiarity with art of Buddha, which is "remembering Buddha, chanting Buddha and drawing Buddha. "
The students under San De Lecturing House merely spread their joy of learning to the public and commonly promote an activity of purifying of mind with a hope to see friends with drawings.
