白宗仁，1961年生於台灣台中縣，美國密蘇里州芳邦大學藝術碩士，中國文化大學美術系畢。現擔任亞東技術學院學生輔導中心主任，並兼任台北市立師院美術教育系，中華兩岸文化藝術基金會執行長。近年致力於現代水墨之研究，以傳統筆墨精神，融合西方光影著色技法，兼重素描寫生，故無論構圖用色皆能自創新意。作品曾在歐、美、日本、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞、香港、俄羅斯，海峽兩岸名家展覽等國內外個展多次，作品廣為國內外公私立美術機構及私人收藏，頗受好評。
Mr. Pa Tsung-Jen is devoted to research modern wash drawing these recently years; he merges traditional spirit of wash drawing with western skill of coloration, and values sketch as well; therefore, the composition and coloration are creative. His works have been presented in Europe, US and both-straits for several individual shows with good criticism.
