國立台灣藝術教育館長期開設藝術教育研習班的目的，是期望能夠增進國民的藝術知能與技能的發展，讓終身學習理念普及於生活中，藝術教育研習班開班迄今已邁向第六十期，其課程規劃類別可說豐富而多元，同時也講求知識與技藝並重，期讓民眾在生活上有心靈成長的空間。本次舉辦之第六十期藝教研習班西畫聯展，作品風格多樣、清新可期，歡迎各界蒞臨觀賞指教。
　
The intent that the chief of National Taiwan Arts Education Center sets up Arts Teaching & Research Class is to expect the national art recognition and skill developments are capable to optimize, and make the concept of lifetime learning common in the life. Up to date, Arts Teaching & Research Class has strode into the 60th term, the of which the classification of courses planning is profuse and diverse, in the meantime, knowledge and skills are valued, hoping to serve a space for spirit growth for the public in the life. For the United Exhibition for western paintings of the 60th Arts Teaching & Research Class, the styles of works within it are various and fresh. Every circles are welcomed to appreciate and give advices.
