第34屆台日美術家聯展是一項具有30餘年歷史的國際美術展覽，其以文化交流的方式來拓展臺灣的外交，可謂貢獻良多。
近年來，台日美術家聯誼會的專業畫家頗受日本重視，多位畫家在全日本美術展獲獎，可說非常難得，今年的展出，維持一貫美術教育推廣的精神，在展出期間舉辦示範教學和導覽，歡迎民眾及愛好藝術的朋友蒞臨參與，讓我們的美學經驗更加豐富。
　
The 34th Taiwan-Japan Fine Artists Associated Exhibition is an international fine arts exhibition whose history is more than thirty years. It has made a lot of contribution to expand the diplomacy of Taiwan through its cultural exchanges.
In recent years, the professional painters of the Taiwan-Japan Fine Artists Association have attracted much attention in Japan. Many painters have been awarded prizes in the Japan Nationwide Fine Arts Exhibition. Indeed, it is a very distinguished honour. The exhibition of this year still remains a spirit of promoting fine arts education. During the exhibition period, demonstrations of teaching and guidance will be provided.
