“快樂村”的村民樂於助人，連狗兒來福也會幫人看家。但是熱心過頭，反而會造成彼此的困擾，紛紛去跟縣太爺告狀。縣太爺發怒下了一道命令，還派衛兵到處巡邏，村民連打招呼都不敢了，村子裡再也聽不到快樂的笑聲…。某天，小蘭看著沒人敢整理的花園，隨手將從山上摘來的小花種在花園裡。於是，奇妙的事情發生了。
The villagers in “Happy Village” love to help people. However, they are also annoyed by overly enthusiastic people and report this to the magistrate. The magistrate is angry and sends his guards to check if there are still people who are eager to offer their help. The villagers become scared and are even afraid of greeting each other.
