This work is adapted from the children’s picture book KaDa published by Xiao Kang Hsuan. KaDa, a curious omnivorous creature from the forest, befriends a city child named Xiao Feng in order to feast on the trash left behind by humans during a camping trip. Through this encounter, KaDa witnesses the prosperity of human civilization—and the vast amounts of waste that accompany it—devouring each piece of garbage along the way.
